“The Grand Master of Cider”

Our Cider is made from a blend of 100% Herefordshire Cider apples grown locally to where it is produced on the Worcestershire / Herefordshire border. I grew up around that area living in a 16th century cottage that had a working period cider mill in the barn. Whilst discovering my Manx heritage I wanted to bring a part of my own roots with me to the Isle of Man. This Cider is a medium on the sweetness scale and it is lightly sparkling in our 500ml bottles or still in our 20ltr or 3ltr bag in boxes. Our labels are interactive. To find out more about my Great Great Great Grandfather please scan the QR code on the picture of James Rae Fielding and he will tell you his story of how he helped shape the Isle of Man in the 1800’s. We do hope you enjoy our cider while you delve into the curiosities of Manx history.

Pssst!!! 😉. We did think you might try the QR code on the label below to get the full story. Sorry we thought of that but well done for trying it. We’d love for you to try our cider and watch the full length video story of James Rae Fielding. The only way to see it is by scanning the QR code on the bottle itself.
