THE ISLE OF CIDER STORY
Cider that tells a story......
Hi there. I’m Phil Jolley, the owner of Isle of Cider. I first came to the Isle of Man in 2015 from Worcestershire on the Herefordshire border UK. I grew up in a 16th century Cider House that still had the working mill in the barn. Since moving to Isle of Man I have discovered that my Great Great Great Grandfather was James Rae Fielding, the Grand Master of the Manx Oddfellows in the 1800’s. My Cider is made locally to where I grew up in Worcestershire / Herefordshire borders in the traditional way from 100% Herefordshire Cider apples (never from concentrate). It tells the story of how my ancestor helped shape the Isle of Man.
